认识颜色是育儿过程中不可缺少的一部分。育儿专家表示,正确的色彩教育有利于培养孩子的良好性格,对开发孩子右脑及智力也有好处。

智力开发色彩刺激有帮助
大多数家长并不知道,给孩子的过程,就是视觉开发的过程,这一过程对孩子的未来非常重要!”武汉大学儿童发展研究中心主任杨健认为,开发孩子的智力,应当从给孩子看东西开始。
杨健介绍,人的感觉系统进入大脑的信息,大部分都通过看东西来实现,而视敏感度高的孩子每天摄入大脑的信息,量多、质高,更清晰准确,在大脑皮层形成更多的视觉记忆,大脑内的细胞神经连接更加丰富,从而促进大脑的开发。
  情绪调整 色彩教育有作用
红黄蓝桂林亲子园老师杨柳认为,颜色不仅会影响孩子的智商,还会影响孩子的情商。例如长时间接触黑白色,会对儿童的性格产生不良影响。
杨柳介绍,婴儿一般比较喜欢黄色、橙色、浅蓝和浅绿等较为明快的颜色。在这种色彩环境中成长的孩子,往往智商较高。反之,当婴儿长期处于一些较为暗淡,容易使人感到忧郁、沉闷,甚至产生压抑、恐惧等不良感觉的黑色、茶色等色彩环境时,其智商则相对较低,而且创造力、自信心等方面均不如前者。也正是根据这个理论,幼儿园的布置一般都会充分考虑色彩效应,尽量为孩子提供一个欢快、明朗的色彩环境。
杨柳介绍,性格内向的孩子,家长可以多为他选择暖色系的衣服,比如红色和黄色等,培养孩子热情活泼的性格,让他在潜意识中兴奋和激动。相反,性格比较暴躁的孩子,家长可以多给他设计绿色或者蓝色的环境,比如带孩子到大自然中去感受绿色的环境,看看蓝天白云等。
杨健表示,开发孩子的视觉虽然简单,但也应该有所避讳,不宜给孩子看到不好的画面,比如父母吵架的场景、脏乱的房间等。
  以生活细节进行色彩教育
色彩教育无处不在,任何一个地方都可以对孩子进行色彩教育。杨柳表示,家长可以抓住带孩子一起外出散步的机会,利用周围的景物对孩子进行色彩教育。例如告诉他树叶是绿色的,太阳是红色的,天空是蓝色的,云朵是白色的……然后再让孩子复述。
当然,在家里也可以对孩子进行色彩教育。家长可以在晾晒衣服时用不同颜色的夹子让孩子分辨颜色。待孩子会分辨颜色之后,家长可以让孩子用不同颜色的夹子夹在相同颜色的衣服上,以这样的颜色游戏加深孩子对颜色的印象。
此外,家长还可以利用带颜色的厚纸板,拼出一个大的彩色色板,然后用即时贴写上色彩的名称,贴到对应的颜色上面,然后让孩子去辨识。
杨柳提醒,孩子认识颜色之后,家长还需要了解孩子适合什么颜色、喜欢什么颜色,这将对家长了解孩子有很大的帮助。
